Dugald Ferguson is a gay New Zealand/British artist working on solo, collaborative and commissioned pieces in both fine arts and performance. His painting exhibits the strong influence of the South Pacific shown through his treatment of light and colour whilst aspects of design are often applied springing out of his inspiration from Maori Art.

FFLAGG acts as a critical 'friend' to the Norfolk Constabulary in relation to LGBT issues. Meeing bi-monthly the group advises the Constabulary on new policies and scrutinises their interaction with the LGBT community. It also highlights problems and issues that may arise with policing issues.

FFLAGG consists of individuals from statutory bodies such as the NHS, Probation Service, Social Services as well as the Constabulary itself. In addition representatives of voluntary organisations also attend ensuring as wide a representation of the LGBT community as possible.
