“Norfolk Constabulary have today raised the pride flag above Bethel Street Police Station, located next to City Hall, in preparation for Norwich Pride 2018, a celebration of 10 years of Norwich Pride’s vision of turning Norwich into a rainbow. In addition, we will also be flying one at our Headquarters in Wymondham and, in August, above King’s Lynn Police Station to coincide with the first King’s Lynn & West Norfolk Pride. We are proud to fly this flag in support of the diverse communities we serve. In doing so, we send a message that targeting somebody because of who they are will not be tolerated in Norfolk. If you are a victim of hate crime, report it to us. You can report online or via 101 in non-emergencies.

Celebrate with pride and have a fun, but safe, 10th Norwich Pride and remember to never be afraid to be who you are and be sure to come and find us in Chapelfield Gardens on Saturday.”
